Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to join our team. The Oracle EPM Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for our clients.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and then design and implement solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and recommend solutions based on best practices in Oracle EPM.
Develop functional specifications and design documents.
Configure Oracle EPM modules to meet client requirements.
Customize Oracle EPM modules to meet unique business needs.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure successful implementation.
Train end-users on how to use the Oracle EPM modules.
Provide ongoing support to clients after implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle EPM.
Strong understanding of Oracle EPM functionality and best practices.
Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, and/or Essbase is required.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid visa in Kuwait.
