Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and execution of our Oracle Fusion Cloud project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in managing large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. As the Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the project plan, budget, and timeline for the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation project.Manage the project team, including coordinating resources, assigning tasks, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard.Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, and develop and implement solutions to address any issues or risks that arise.Ensure that project goals and objectives are met, and that the project delivers the required business outcomes and benefits.Work with the business stakeholders to define the project clear requirements, and ensure that the project aligns with business objectives.Ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with project management best practices, and that all project documentation is completed and maintained.Manage project scope, and ensure that changes to scope are managed in accordance with the project change management process.Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including business users, vendors, and internal IT teams.Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, and ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver project outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of experience managing large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, including applications, technology, and architecture.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver project outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions to complex problems.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Experience in managing project budgets and timelines.
