Job Overview:
Our company is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Fusion applications for our clients. As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate those requirements into effective HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and implement Oracle HCM Fusion applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
Develop custom reports and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the Oracle HCM Fusion application.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and functional consultants, to deliver successful HCM projects on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design, testing, and training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Oracle HCM Fusion application.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Fusion updates, features, and functionalities to ensure our clients are receiving the most current and relevant solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Fusion applications.
Solid understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
Experience with Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Performance Management, and Talent Management modules.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven ability to deliver successful HCM projects on time and within budget.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Valid Visa in Kuwait
