Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion PPM modules and providing expert guidance to clients. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, configuring the system, and ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
Responsibilities:
1 – Consultation and Requirement Gathering:
Engage with clients to understand their business requirements related to project portfolio management.
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed functional and technical requirements.
Analyze client processes, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
2 – Solution Design and Configuration:
Design and configure Oracle Fusion PPM modules to meet client requirements.
Define project structures, financial management rules, resource management, and reporting requirements.
Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations.
3 – System Implementation and Testing:
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion PPM projects.
Configure and set up the system based on the defined requirements.
Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Identify and resolve any issues or defects encountered during the implementation process.
4 – User Training and Support:
Provide end-user training on Oracle Fusion PPM functionality and best practices.
Support users in understanding and utilizing the system effectively.
Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution.
Collaborate with the support team to escalate and resolve any complex technical issues.
5 – Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Prepare project status reports, progress updates, and deliverable documentation.
Document system changes, enhancements, and version upgrades.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong experience in implementing Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM functionality and best practices.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS implementations is highly desirable.
Understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion PPM or Oracle Cloud are a plus.
